Every payment for a dedication will be transferred to the account of Anna Dymna’s “Mimo Wszystko” Foundation. For full transparency, I will email the proof of transfer to the person placing the order.

My activity is non-commercial. Any income from dedications does not cover even part of the production costs or the cost of books and CDs that I give away free of charge.

Once I receive the payment, I sign, pack and send the parcel.

In your message, include the information needed to prepare the dedication and shipment.

  • number and address of the InPost parcel locker
  • first and last name
  • phone number
  • email address
  • dedication text for the two books and the CD
Please think carefully about the wording of the dedication. Only a few short words will fit on the CD, but even they can carry deep meaning.

By sending a message with the dedication text, you accept the information clause below.

Your personal data, namely your first name, last name, parcel locker address, email address, phone number and dedication text, will be processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order, in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR, OJ EU L 119, 04.05.2016).
  • The Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the Protection of Personal Data (Journal of Laws 2018, item 1000, as amended).

The data controller is Jacek Berbeka, author of the books and owner of the website jb.pl. The data will not be shared with third parties, will not be processed for marketing purposes and will be deleted once the order has been completed.
